Apply a dab to wet hair on mid-lengths and ends. Untangle then leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Emulsify then rinse.

Myriam's advice: "To apply the mask, I advise you to distribute the product well from mid-lengths to ends. Be sure to coat each section of hair with the mask, paying special attention to areas that are damaged or need extra hydration.
