• 50 μg of selenium Lynside Forte Se+ (91% of RI*) and 10 mg of zinc (100% of RI*), which contribute to the maintenance of normal nails and hair and protect cells against oxidative stress;
• 100% of RI* in vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine (a component of keratin);
• 100% of the RI* in vitamin B8, which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair;
• 100% of the RI* in vitamin B2, which protects the cells against oxidative stress;
• 100% of the RI* in vitamins B1, B3, B5, which are involved in energy metabolism;
• 100% of the RI* in vitamin B9, which plays a role in the cell renewal process and in the synthesis of amino acids;
• 100% of the RI* in natural vitamin E, which also helps to protect the cells against oxidative stress;
• 12 mg of wheat oil titrated in ceramides, 250 mg of borage oil titrated in GLA** and 100 mg of L-cystine, an essential amino acid for the body, complete the formula.
