Do you sell to salons?

How can i redeem the 10% discount on my first order?

You are able to get your 10% code by signing up to our newsletter. You can sign up by going to the homepage and scrolling to the end of the page and filling the form. You will then receive the code in your mailbox. Incase you have not received the code, please check your spam/junk folder.

How much is the cost for shipping and returns?

The standard delivery charge is AED26. BeautyTribe offers free delivery for orders above AED250. Returns are on a case by case basis

Can i use the instalment plan with purchases made via prepaid cards or cash on delivery?

No. It needs to be purchased directly with Tabby

How do i change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?

What countries do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Dubai: BeautyTribe offers 2 hour delivery to orders placed before 5:30PM in Dubai. Orders placed after 5:30PM will be delivered the next day. All other Emirates: Within 24 - 48 hours

Is vat additional or included in the price

VAT is included in the sale price of all items.

When will i get my refund?

Refunds may take between 5-10 working days. Please check your bank statements for confirmation of the amount being refunded into your account.

Why is the promo code not working?

It has been over 2hrs and i have not received my order

Will i get the shipping charges refunded while cancelling my order?

If your order has not been dispacthed and you wish to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded. If your order has been delivered and you wish to cancel your order, shipping charges will be deducted while refunding your order.

How do i pay using apple pay?

On the checkout page, select Pay Online as your payment method. Once you get transferred to the payment gateway, you can select Apple Pay.

I had paid cash on delivery and returned my order, can i get the cash back?

Cash/Card on delivery orders that are canceled will receive store credit for the amount to be refunded.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed by issuing store credit for the amount to be refunded. BeautyTribe may choose to process a bank refund incase the customer has paid via Tabby.

Can i use more than one promo code?

No. Only one promo code can be used at a time.

I have forgotten my password. what should i do?
