What Is The Story Behind BeautyTribe?
- BeautyTribe is a homegrown UAE brand. Our founder was surprised at how difficult and unreliable it was to have beauty products delivered. So he made it his personal mission to bring great beauty products, starting with hair care, closer to their customers, while adding as much value to the customers.
Can I track my order?
- Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking link via SMS so that you can monitor where your order is located at all times.
What If My Order Is Late?
- We try to ensure same day delivery for all orders placed before 7:30PM. When we do notice your order running late, we will try and proactively call you; our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What If I’m Not Around When My Rider Arrives?
- We will try to call you if there’s an issue once we reach your address. If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll be charged 15 AED for the return of your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
- Please mail us at email@example.com with all the necessary details. One of our customer care representatives will contact you within 24 hours.
- We will review each case individually when acknowledging the return of the product; however, in some cases we may require further information, such as pictures, so we can align the best course of action. Our goal is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
What should I do if my item is damaged/faulty?
- Although we take care to avert any damage or faults to your goods during the delivery process, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or faulty product.
- Please attach any pictures you have of the damaged product to and mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to investigate the issue and proceed with the return process. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

Is ordering through BeautyTribe.com safe?
- Our top priority is to offer the safest service possible to our customers, team members, and delivery partners. We have taken a number of key actions, focused on increasing our already stringent safety standards. For example, we have introduced contactless delivery, and very strict hygiene guidelines for our warehouse team and riders. We are also in daily contact with local health officials to ensure that we are offering the latest guidance and safest service possible. We realise this is challenging and concerning period for everyone and want to ensure our riders and customers are supported during and beyond this unprecedented time.
How does contact-free delivery work?
- Customers can choose ‘Contact-free delivery’ during the check-out process. Delivery agents will be able to see when a customer has selected this option in the order’s delivery notes, prompting the delivery agent to ensure there is no contact with the customer when the package is delivered.
- Delivery agents will be asked to let the customer know when they have arrived, place the order outside their door, step a safe distance back and wait for the customer to collect their delivery before the order can be completed.

- We deliver anywhere in Dubai. Abu Dhabi & Ajman are coming soon.
Where are your packages shipped from?
- Packages are shipped from our warehouse in Al Quoz.
What are your delivery charges?
- Non-member delivery charge: AED 15
- BeautyTribe member delivery charge: Unlimited Free Deliveries once you sign up for an annual membership at AED 12 / month
Do you ship packages internationally?
- At the moment, we only ship within the UAE.

- Yes, you will be provided with a live tracking link
