Delivery Process

Can BeautyTribe ship my order in multiple shipments?

BeautyTribe will deliver all products together within the delivery time allocated upon the order.

How can I schedule a delivery?

Deliveries are scheduled through the checkout process, in which most orders will be fulfilled within the same day or the next working day. If there is an inconvenience in time, the order will be dispatched and delivered in a safe location within the delivery address.

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please email us immediately on [email protected] or contact us on What’sApp: +971 50 526 2129 (during office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm) with your order no. and your new delivery address and we will do our best to ensure delivery to your new location however we cannot guarantee this.

My order has been shipped, what happens next?

Once your order has been shipped with the courier, you will receive a unique tracking ID number through SMS and you are also able to directly contact the delivery associate through SMS or call through the tracking interface given.

Do you offer collection in Dubai?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer an outlet/reception collection in Dubai, only delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order in Dubai?

Prepaid Orders placed before 5:30PM will be fulfilled within the same day.  Cash on Delivery Orders will be confirmed by a phone call from our team before dispatching  (92% of our orders are delivered within 2 hours), for delivery to the following locations:

Orders received after 5:30PM or for locations not listed above will be fulfilled within the next working day however allow 1-2 Days for delivery.

How long does it take to deliver to other Emirates?

For all Emirates other than Dubai, the delivery may take up to 2 days.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

Payment will be taken upon the placement of an order on our website. By entering your confidential payment details onto our website, you warrant that you are befittingly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not personally authorized by you, the payment method is invalid or where we do not think you are authorized to use the relevant tender. All payments are accepted in equivalent of UAE Dirhams.  All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
