1.5g Arabica coffee per serving. Six mushrooms at 250mg each. Lower caffeine than a typical cup of coffee. No sugar and 4 calories per stick. Vegan, halal, gluten free and free from the 14 major allergens.

Add one stick to a cup of hot water and stir. Add milk or sweetener if you like. Also works iced, or in shakes and smoothies. Best in the morning or early afternoon.
