How to Use

1.- Open the top of the tea mug and remove the mesh liner.

2. – Pour the desired amount of Teami Blends tea into the Teami mug (we recommend 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup of tea). Add honey, nectar or a squeeze of lemon as a natural sweetener if needed.

3. – Pour hot water into the mug until it is about 3 cm below the rim. Allow the contents to cool for 1-3 minutes before adding the mesh insert and screwing the lid onto the mug. You can leave or soak your tea leaves in it for the amount of time you want!

4.- Add lemon, mint, or cinnamon sticks for an extra metabolism boost (if you want!) and ENJOY!
